Provider and order details

AUIPTVHub is the provider brand displayed on this website. Before payment, obtain the seller’s legal identity, your order reference, the full amount in AUD and the applicable service terms in writing through our contact channel.

Territory and content availability

Our published plans are intended for enquiries from customers in Australia. Confirm that your selected content is authorised for viewing in Australia before ordering. Marketing to a territory does not itself establish distribution rights. Availability outside Australia must be checked separately.

Our guides are general information. They are not legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. Prices, channel line-ups and app availability change often. Always confirm current details with the provider before you buy.

Requesting an IPTV subscription

Plan buttons open a prepared WhatsApp enquiry. Selecting a plan does not send a message or take payment. Review the duration, simultaneous screens, total currency and device requirements with us before proceeding.

Activation, renewal and support

Before paying, ask for the activation timing, subscription start and end dates, renewal process and applicable cancellation or refund terms in writing. Keep the order confirmation and support contact. Do not assume that a player trial or refund offer from another company applies to an AUIPTVHub subscription.

For help with an order, use our contact page and provide the order reference privately. Account changes for a subscription bought elsewhere must be handled by that seller.

Cancellations and refunds

Request the cancellation and refund terms for your order before paying, including how to report failed activation or a service problem. No fixed refund window or activation deadline is advertised on this page. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Player licences and devices

A player purchase, hardware purchase and content subscription may be separate charges. Device activations do not automatically grant additional simultaneous streams. External developers set their own licence and support terms.
